Consultation of all resources: open to all, without restriction.
Borrowing and access to online resources through authentication: upon subscription, renewable annually.

User card is strictly personal and the user is liable for the documents he borrows. Lost or stolen cards must be reported at the reception desk in order to avoid fraudulent borrowing.
Renewal fee for the user card: 2 €.
User account
- All registered users have access to a personal user account which provides access to several services:
>Check your loans
>Extend your loans (except for DVDs)
>Reserve a document (only if it is already on loan)
>Save bibliographic researches
>Access to audio archives and student works in Biblionum
Login:
1. Identifier : numbers of the barcode of your reader's or student's card (i. e.: 2690100005643)
2. Password given to you when subscribing.
Return, Renew, Reserve
Return an item
Items must be returned to the library at the loan desk. In case of overdue documents, penalties must be paid at the reading room reception desk.
Renewals
Loans can be renewed from your user's account, at the latest by the date of return of the item (and provided that the item is not reserved by another user), for a period of one month, three times at the most.
Reservations
Reservations (maximum 5 items) are only possible for documents currently on loan.
Log in to your user's account and click on the "Reserve" button in the catalog record.
