General terms and conditions on use of the digital library contents

The digital library is a database produced by the Médiathèque Nadia Boulanger which is protected under articles L341-1 et al. of the intellectual property code.

Each digital or digitized content available via the library has its own terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully.

1. Terms and conditions regarding the use of digitised scores

 The digital library of the Médiathèque Nadia Boulanger contains exclusively digital reproductions of works that have fallen into the public domain or whose rights to be made available to the public, within the framework of the digital library of the Médiathèque Nadia Boulanger, have been granted by the author.

The non-commercial utilisation of the documents is free of charge in compliance with the legislation in place including mentioning the source: Médiathèque Nadia Boulanger / CNSMD Lyon.

Any other use of these materials is subject to conditions and prior agreement. For any request, please contact : mediatheque@cnsmd-lyon.fr

The present terms and conditions of use of the contents of the digital library belonging to the Médiathèque Nadia Boulanger are governed by French law. In the event of planned reuse in another country, it is the responsibility of each user to check the conformity of their intended project with the law applicable in their country.

The user agrees to comply with these terms of use and the legislation in force. In the event of failure to comply with these rules, he will be liable in particular to a penalty as provided for by the law of the 17th of July 1978.

2. Terms and conditions regarding the use of audiovisual and audio content

The Nadia Boulanger's digital library is providing streaming access to audiovisual and sound resources, drawn from performances produced by the Conservatoire National Supérieur Musique et Danse de Lyon.

Concert or performance excerpts are accessible to anyone ; all of these concerts or performances can be remotely accessed only through login (account number and password) and/or on site.

Access is granted solely on the basis a private and non-commercial use.

Any other use, including public communication and reproduction in part or in full, in any way, is subject to conditions. In particular, the content shall under no circumstances be downloaded (permanently or temporarily), altered, truncated, modified, translated, deleted, exploited with or without charge, or reused in full or in part to create a derivative work.

The publisher has the right to remove the access to the audiovisual and sound content put online at any time and without prior notice.

3. Terms and conditions regarding the use of Master's thesis

The Nadia Boulanger's digital library provides online access to all the graduate student research papers awarded at the CNSMD in Lyon as of 2012.

Unless otherwise specified, the documents may be accessed remotely only upon login (reader account number and password) and/or on site.

Use is strictly private ; the documents are not to be downloaded and may not be modified, adapted, transformed or translated, or even reused in a way that could infringe copyright or other related property rights.
